We wanted to shop local in our new neighbourhood, so we stopped into Flatout Flooring. From the start, the team at the front desk was knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to our needs. They took the time to find solutions that suited the unique challenges of our home, and the delivery team was equally professional and pleasant. We absolutely love our new flooring, the quality is exceptional and so are the people behind it.

Flatout Flooring was amazing, they explained the whole flooring process to me, went over all the details and when something needed corrected they contacted me right away. Would recommend them to anyone needing flooring done.

We recently had our two bedrooms updated with new hardwood flooring. The folks at Flatout Flooring helped select the perfect product to match our existing hardwood flooring; which was in place for over thirty years!. They were the only provider to do that for us.

The process from selection, to delivery, to removing the existing carpet, to the install was seamless. The install team arrived on time, were very pleasant, answered any questions we had and did a terrific job. At the end of the day you would never know they were there. We're very pleased with the final results.

We had FOF replace all of our hardwood flooring on our main floor. Agata was very helpful in choosing the right flooring. Cory and team did a great job on site. He kept us informed of progress and next steps. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. We would definitely go with FOF again.

The group at flatout Flooring were professional from start to end! The quote process was straightforward and their workers were communicative throughout the install. I will be recommending them to any friends looking for work to be done.

From a Flooring Nightmare to a Dream Result!
We brought in Flatout Flooring to fix a botched job by a previous contractor, and the experience was night and day. It started with Safaa, who provided incredible advice and a transparent quote. She even invited us to the showroom to walk us through every material option in detail so we felt confident in our choice.
When the crew arrived, Tyler and his team (Damian, Tim, and Cory) were total pros. Before starting, Tyler took the time to explain exactly why the previous floor had failed and walked us through their step-by-step plan to do it right this time.
Even when a few "hiccups" cropped up (as they often do with home repairs), the guys were reassuring and kept us calm. Tyler truly went above and beyond, checking in at the end of every single day to ensure we were happy and on track. The floors and trim look amazing. If you want a friendly, professional team that actually cares about the result, look no further than Tyler’s crew!

We recently renovated one of our homes in Stratford. Flatout Flooring was recommended by our contractor. From the moment we met them we were more than happy.
They were professional and great to communicate with throughout and after the project. The floors are old and turned out beautiful. We couldn't be happier and would be more than happy to recommend this great company. Thank you Flatout Flooring! Great job.

Only positive things to say about Flatout Flooring. Their work is amazing and considering how large they have grown and the number of employees they have, they still maintain a vast group of very hardworking and skilled installers. I will use Flatout on every project going forward.
